Run the 10K RUN at 10:00am and then take on the 40 Mile Ride at noon! There is time in between the run and ride to go to your car and change clothes. No worries about transition times - only your times on the courses will be counted. This is a great option for multi-sport athletes OR friends that want to participate together on a RELAY team (one person runs and the other rides, the times are added together).
