Start out in Bohn Park and into Downtown Lyons. Run into Planet Bluegrass’ property and then go through the tunnel under 36 to get to Apple Valley Rd (one of the most beautiful roads in CO). Run to the end of the road and when you see the arch bridge, you’ll turn around. Once back downtown, you’ll follow the 10K course through the park and onto Old South St Vrain. This road is an on back with an aid station at the turn around. You’ll climb up a short climb on Red Hill Gulch, then return to the 10K course to finish up.
